Featured image - Urs Fischer's "Untitled (Lamp / Bear)" (2005–2006) installed at the home of Amalia Dayan and Adam Lindemann in Montauk, New York, in 2009 - is reproduced from Urs Fischer, published by Kiito-San for the artist's current 65,000 square foot, 2-venue retrospective at LA MOCA, on view through August 19. Weighing in at 650 pages, this heavily illustrated brick of a monograph is the definitive publication on this ambitious Swiss pop-surrealist, whose work has never before been surveyed by an American museum.
