Part reportage, part cookbook, 'Leaked Recipes' is new from JBE Books

Featured spreads are from Leaked Recipes: The Cookbook, the highly-anticipated new release from JBE Books collecting more than fifty recipes found in the world’s biggest email leaks—from Hillary Clinton’s salad dressing to various author-redacted spice rubs, sweet breads, soups, sauces, pastas and more. Clothbound and beautifully produced, this 280-page volume combines the painstaking research of Demetria Glace, who unearthed the recipes, along with the often harrowing and much more detailed stories behind the leaks—from sources ranging from Enron to Emmanuel Macron—with photographs by Emilie Baltz. Glace writes, “This is not just a cookbook. This is a collection of emails that were, and are still, publicly available from the last two decades of email leaks, breaches and hacks. It's an insight into office culture, politics, corruption, hacking, family and friendships. The publication of large email databases are often not curated, resulting in important pieces of information being published next to very personal communications, like recipes.”
