Edible Estates Author Fritz Haeg to Appear in Conversation with Agricultural Activist Annie Novak Sunday at MoMA PS1

This Sunday, from 2-3PM, join ARTBOOK @ MoMA PS1 for a conversation with multidisciplinary artist Fritz Haeg, whose project Domestic Integrity Field Part A-1 features an organic garden—currently on view in the MoMA Sculpture Garden—which is being harvested to produce materials for an interior installation, opening September 24, for MoMA Studio: Common Senses . Haeg will be in conversation with Annie Novak, Head Farmer at Eagle Street Rooftop Farm in Brooklyn and founder/director of Growing Chefs, a field-to-fork food education program. Haeg's bestselling book, Edible Estates: Attack on the Front Lawn, published by Metropolis Books, will be available for purchase at the event.
Featured photograph, of Haeg, Novak (both at left) and assorted volunteers installing the organic garden at MoMA last spring, is by Suko Presseau.
