Groundbreaking work by women artists in 'Making Their Mark'

In her interview with noted British curator Mark Godfrey, who contributes major texts to the book along with curator Katy Siegel, Shah concludes, “I feel that my mission is to shine light equally on great artists whether they have been seen and celebrated or are still underrecognized. So, as a guiding principle of this book, you, Katy and I decided to celebrate all the artists on level playing field. I also acknowledge that despite my best efforts, there are so many artists still to meet and shine a light on, across the world. I have only scratched the surface in my journey of discovery and support. That is the beauty of a living and growing collection.”
