Etherial Delicacy: 'Henri Labrouste, Structure Brought to Light' at The Museum of Modern Art

In last week's New York Times, Michael Kimmelman reviewed The Museum of Modern Art's current architecture exhibition, Henri Labrouste: Structure Brought to Light, featuring the work of the French "proto-modernist engineer-architect" and "pioneer of iron construction" known especially for his classical, uncompromising library buildings. The show, he writes, "is elegant and astringent, like Labrouste’s work. The name may not ring a bell, but don’t let that stop you from seeing the show.
