DIRECTIONS
LACMA is located on Wilshire Boulevard between Fairfax and Curson avenues--midway between Downtown Los Angeles and Santa Monica. Please visit the LACMA site for directions or see below.
From the Santa Monica Freeway (10), take Fairfax Avenue north 2 miles to Wilshire Boulevard. LACMA is on Wilshire between Fairfax and Curson Avenue.
From the southbound Hollywood Freeway, take Highland Avenue 3.5 miles south to Wilshire Boulevard; take a right on Wilshire and proceed 1 mile west to LACMA.

Parking is available in the Pritzker Parking Garage, located on Sixth Street just east of Fairfax Avenue. The charge is $7 and may be prepaid at all Welcome Centers, with credit cards accepted. Metered city parking is also available along 6th Street. But please read signs carefully; vehicles in violation will be towed. Evening special: Vehicles entering the Pritzker Parking Garage after 7 PM park for free.

The bookstore, Art Catalogues at LACMA, specializes in museum and gallery exhibition catalogues and books on 20th and 21st century art and photography, both current and out-of-print. The store's specific interests enable it to acquire a large and comprehensive inventory in these areas. New titles arrive daily, and the staff encourages inquiries. Visitors may join the store's mailing list to be informed about its changing program of artist’s talks and receptions, book signings, panels, performances and other exhibition-related events. |  |
