D.A.P. has two seasonal catalogues, Fall/Winter and Spring/Summer. For our distribution and co-publication programs the following deadlines apply:

For our Fall/Winter catalogue, send in materials by Mid-February.
For our Spring/Summer catalogue, send in materials by Mid-August.

Please note the acceptable forms of submissions are as follows:
· Finished copy of book
· Book dummy with color cover & sample images. (Please do not send originals)
· Pdf/Jpg files of design samples


If you are a Publisher seeking Distribution, we request that you please send samples of previously published books, as well as information on your upcoming publishing list.

If you are seeking Distribution for a single title, we request that you please submit a finished copy of the book, a resume and exhibition list of the author/artist, a book dummy, the retail price and print run of the book.

If you are seeking Publication or Co-Publication, we request that you please provide detailed information on the book project, enclose a manuscript or sample text, a resume and exhibition list of author/artist, a cover and interior design samples or book dummy, and projected book specifications, including retail price.

· All materials sent become the property of D.A.P., and we cannot be held liable for any damages or loss of materials.
· D.A.P. shall return materials only if they are accompanied by a supplied postage and a return address label.
· D.A.P. reserves the right to discard material if a return is not requested within one month of submission.
