ARTBOOK specializes in new books on art, photography, architecture, design and critical theory. ARTBOOK is the online host of the complete D.A.P. catalogue. ARTBOOK also operates two New York City bookstores: ARTBOOK at PS 1 in Long Island City and ARTBOOK at X in Chelsea. In addition, ARTBOOK designs and manages curated pop-up stores in partnership with arts institutions.

Founded in 1990, D.A.P. is America’s premiere source for books on 20th century art, photography, design and visual culture. D.A.P. is the exclusive North American representative of major American museums such as the Guggenheim, MoMA, MFA Boston, and the Walker Art Center. ARTBOOK @ P.S.1 Partnership
Located at the MoMA-affiliated P.S.1 Contemporary Art Center in Long Island City, New York, ARTBOOK at P.S.1 is the one of the most vibrant sources for cutting-edge contemporary art books on the East Coast -- a treasure trove of books, DVDs and CDs rarely found elsewhere and a destination for lovers of contemporary culture.

ARTBOOK @ X Partnership
Located in the famous West 22nd Street loft building that once housed the Dia Center for the Arts--now home to the experimental curatorial organization, X Initiative--Artbook @ X is a temporary art book store in the heart of Chelsea. Artbook @ X offers a comprehensive and sophisticated selection of books, DVDs, CDs and ephemera related to current, recent and upcoming shows in the neighborhood, around New York and at important international venues. The store also specializes in critical theory from rising and established writers and curators around the world, and studies of important contemporary groups and trends. Curated sections and special offers abound.

ARTBOOK @ The Armory

Artbook has run a bookstore at the Armory art fair in New York for many years. We specially select titles and editions that will be of interest to visitors of each year's fair. We also arrange signings, panel discussions and events held in conjunction with the fair each year.
