Tamara Shopsin 'What Is This?' Launch at MoMA Store

Join Tamara Shopsin at the MoMA Bookstore, Friday, October 16 from 2-4PM for a hands-on launch event for her new children's book from The Ice Plant!

Tamara Shopsin 'What Is This?' Launch at MoMA Store

MoMa welcomes What Is This? author Tamara Shopsin, known for her work in The New York Times, The New Yorker, Good, and Wired. Kids and adults will love meeting the creator of this charming book designed to encourage abstract thinking. Shopsin will be joined by her husband, Jason Fulford, co-author of This Equals That, last year's cool breakout children's book and a favorite of kids, adults, artists and museum curators. Shopsin and Fulford will help kids create fantastic artworks inspired by What Is This? And yes, they will be working with black spaghetti! Free and open to the public. All ages welcome.

RSVP to rsvp_momastore@moma.org .
