ARTBOOK @ Paper Chase and The Ice Plant Present Jason Fulford: The Mushroom Collection

ARTBOOK @ Paper Chase and The Ice Plant are pleased to announce Jason Fulford's next iteration of THE MUSHROOM COLLECTION—an expanding exhibition and workshop related to The Mushroom Collector—to take place Friday, May 27 and Saturday, May 28 at the ARTBOOK @ Paper Chase showroom, 7174 Sunset Boulevard, Hollywood. Please join ARTBOOK @ Paper Chase and The Ice Plant on Friday the 27th from 7:00 to 9:00 pm for "Frogs & Mushrooms," a one hour lecture on the subject of Raising Frogs for $$$ and The Mushroom Collector. The lecture will include behind-the-scenes anecdotes, short videos and music.

Afterwards, please stay for a drink and some live keyboard music while Fulford signs books, including a sort of Cliff's Notes edition of Raising Frogs.

On Saturday, May 28, from 12:00 to 6:00 pm, Fulford will present "Scavenger Hunt and Photograms."

Visitors are invited to drop off an object (less than 4" in any dimension) at the door in exchange for a ticket and the first clue. The "hunt" will take visitors through the space one clue at a time. Each "discovery" will be an object from The Mushroom Collection.

Some things will be for sale, others just for exhibition. At the end of the hunt, visitors will receive their object, transformed into light (photogram). Original objects will not be returned.
