On Thursday, July 25, from 5 – 8 PM, join us for a reception celebrating the forthcoming publication, Momo. Due to be published by McSweeney's McMullens later this summer, Momo is the beloved book (originally published in 1973) by German writer Michael Ende, best known for The Neverending Story (1979). With a new translation from the German by Lucas Zwirner and drawings by Marcel Dzama, this 40th anniversary edition celebrates the book's first U.S. publication in over 25 years.

This event coincides with the 4th Annual Chelsea Art Walk. Showcasing Chelsea's summer art exhibitions, over 100 galleries and art spaces throughout the neighborhood will be open on July 25 until 8 PM, and will be hosting artist talks, receptions, and other special events. The Chelsea Art Walk is free and open to the public.
