Welters has worked with some of the most well-respected fashion labels and magazines in the world, including Vogue, Vanity Fair, Elle and Marie Claire , as well as for the designers Balenciage, Jil Sander and Dior, among others. Welters' models are raw, sometimes unconventional beauties quite often with very little hairstyling and makeup.
