Art Book Lovers Unite! ARTBOOK & König Books Return to Frieze New York

Limited editions, rare, signed and out of print books, new releases, classic backlist and advance copies are all part of the ARTBOOK & König Books bookstore at Frieze New York, on view through Sunday. Occasionally we're asked why we go to such lengths to set up such an over-the-top, superabundant specialty art bookstore for just four days... on an island... very far from our home bases in downtown New York, London and Cologne. Either we're crazy, or we just love books. What can we say?

We are proud to offer a large selection of signed books. Above, ceramicist Grayson Perry signing Playing to the Gallery, best-selling Seven Days in the Art World author Sarah Thornton signing her new book, 33 Artists in 3 Acts and artist Barbara Kasten signing copies of her new retrospective catalogue, Stages while dropping by our bookstore on opening night. Thornton will do an official signing in our booth Saturday afternoon at 3PM. Come by!
