D.A.P. Submissions Guidelines

D.A.P. / Distributed Art Publishers, Inc. welcomes submissions for books in the following areas: Art, Photography, Literature, Architecture and Design. We are honored to represent the world's most distinguished museums and independent publishers in these fields. We review each submission based not only on its commercial viability, but also on its design and expected production values, scholarship, and originality.

We will only accept PDF/JPG files of design for review. Submissions should be emailed to submissions@dapinc.com. If we require a finished book we make that request. If we have not requested your book, please do not send finished copies for consideration. D.A.P. reserves the right to discard physical book materials delivered to D.A.P.

D.A.P. has two seasonal catalogues, Fall/Winter and Spring/Summer. For our distribution program the following deadlines apply:

For our Fall/Winter catalogue, send in materials by mid-February.
For our Spring/Summer catalogue, send in materials by mid-August.

Owing to the volume of submissions we receive, we regret that we are unable to reply to all submissions unless a publication is accepted for distribution. If you have not heard from us within ninety days, please assume that we will not be able to distribute your publication.
