Opening in May 2025, Fenix is Rotterdam's new art museum dedicated to migration. Housed in a warehouse built in 1923 along the quays of the River Maas—where millions once departed to begin new lives overseas—it hosts the Tornado, a radical new design by Ma Yansong of Beijing-based MAD.
