Founded in 2004, Artbook Stores are vibrant sources for cutting-edge art publications: presenting a wide selection of current publications on contemporary art and the humanities to contextualize art practice and criticism in unexpected and compelling ways. Artbook Stores own extensive event program features book signings, readings, screenings, discussions and experimental talks by artists, curators, performers and critics, serving as a hub for current culture. Artbook runs an independent bookstore at MoMA PS 1 in New York City and Hauser & Wirth Los Angeles in the Downtown Los Angeles Arts District. Artbook has an online bookstore at artbookstores.com.
