Page Through the Fall 2020 Catalog

We are proud to announce the Fall 2020 Artbook | D.A.P. Catalog of new books on art and culture. It's a page-turner! Flip through the pages embedded here via full-screen mode, where you can also download your own copy. (Or download the standard PDF format here.)

Against the odds, our publishers have produced a collection of gorgeous, generous and enlightening new books on some of the world's most important and relevant artists—whether they be contemporary–like Kara Walker, Gerhard Richter, William Eggleston or Taryn Simon–or historic–like Hilma af Klint, Claude Monet or Rembrandt. Re-discoveries abound this season in the work of west coast sculptor and ceramicist JB Blunk, a facsimile 1982 dymaxion cookbook for Buckminster Fuller's eighty-sixth birthday and the ultimate new edition of Helen Levitt's classic A Way of Seeing, to name just a few. And yes, Reel Art Press really is publishing a collection of Neal Preston's photographs of the rock band Queen, with texts from the band.

What else? We've got books on disco, Cuban album cover art and electronic music. We are looking forward to Gregory R. Miller's forthcoming book on AFRICOBRA; After 8 Books's Amy Sillman: Selected Writings and Drawings; Bokförlaget Stolpe's Essays on Jane Jacobs; Siglio's survey of Felix Gonzalez-Torres's Photostats; and Primary Information's Women in Concrete Poetry 1959–1979, among many others.

Finally, we are more than delighted to welcome four ambitious new publishers to our list, including Blank Forms, Pace, and DelMonico Books, whose The New Woman Behind the Camera–offering an in-depth look at the many ways women around the world helped shape modern photography from the 1920s to the 1950s—is a staff favorite.

As we roll with the evolution of bookselling—and book publishing—in the face of crisis, we at Artbook | D.A.P. feel we still have much to celebrate. We are delighted to do so with you.
