Australian performance artist Mike Parr (born 1945) tests his own physical limits, documenting the results in photographs and video. His radical performances often involve self-mutilation or extreme physical feats. Edelweiss accompanies Parr’s first major retrospective and includes extensive documentation of his performances as well as drawings, graphic works and scripts.
