From May 1-3, 2015, ARTBOOK presents a pop-up bookstore at Paris Photo Los Angeles at Paramount Pictures Studios. Come visit us in BOOTH C5--housed inside the "Cafe" storefront on the New York City backlot right at the entrance to the fair!

Curated for connoisseurs, our store features new, signed and collectible books and editions by the world's most prominent photography book publishers, including Ampersand, Contrasto, Damiani, The Ice Plant, The Museum of Modern Art, Nazraeli, Phaidon, Prestel, Radius, Rizzoli, STEIDL, Twin Palms and Walther König. Alongside these, we present a selection of rare and out-of-print titles sourced through Lee Kaplan at Arcana: Books on the Arts.

ABOVE: Visionaire's Art John Baldessari Platinum, containing 30 unique prints by John Baldessari plus an additional Platinum print signed and numbered by the artist. For this edition, Visionaire invited a roster of international artists, photographers and cultural figures to contribute self-portraits. These 30 black & white images were sent to John Baldessari, who then altered and embossed them with his signature colorful shapes. The Platinum print, a self-portrait contributed by Mars Rover is signed and numbered by Baldessari in an edition of 50.

ABOVE: This highly collectible out-of-print edition encompasses the oeuvre of one of the most significant artists of the twentieth century. Exquisitely produced, this slip-cased 10 volume set contains reissues of Baltz’s most significant books, as well as four unpublished projects. Each of the books was crafted in close collaboration with Baltz, who oversaw each stage of production with master printer Gerhard Steidl. Printed in luminous quadratone, Works is a testament to the importance of the book as a primary medium in Baltz’s practice. Limited edition of 1100 copies, signed and numbered by the artist. Published by Steidl.
