Swedish photographer Johan Willner (born 1971) is well known for his enigmatic images that draw on inspirations from music, literature and philosophy. The Boy Stories series is based on personal memories. Slightly faded colors, often in hues of green and red on a lighter background, lend the photographs a dreamlike aesthetic.
